Slight Asymmetry

You know the phrase, "Measure twice, cut once"? I'm usually pretty precise when it comes to finding the center of a piece for placement of the first dot. This time, however, I apparently didn't "measure twice" before I "dotted once" - I ended up with more space on the bottom than on the top, and had to get creative with the next-to-last ring of dots!
